The Digital 9, or D9, is a network of the world’s most advanced digital nations with a shared goal of harnessing digital technology and new ways of working to improve citizens' lives.
Estonia, Israel, New Zealand, the Republic of Korea, and the United Kingdom are the founding members of the D5. In February 2018, Canada and Uruguay joined the group to form the D7. In November 2018, Mexico and Portugal joined to form the D9.
